1.5 You agree not to undertake any action to undermine the integrity of the computer systems or networks of eleglide and/or any other User nor to gain unauthorized access to such computer systems or networks.

1.6 You agree not to undertake any action which may undermine the integrity of eleglide’s feedback system, such as leaving positive feedback for yourself using secondary Member IDs or through third parties or by leaving unsubstantiated negative feedback for another User.

2.User’s Responsibilities

2.1 Users must be registered on the Site to use some Services. Except with eleglide’s approval, one User may only register one user account on the Site. eleglide may cancel or terminate a User’s account if eleglide has reasons to suspect that the User has concurrently registered or controlled two or more user accounts. Further, eleglide may reject the User’s application for registration for any reason.

2.2 Upon registration on the Site, eleglide shall assign an account and issue a user ID and password (the latter shall be chosen by a registered User during registration) to each registered User. An account may have a web-based email account with limited storage space for the user to send or receive emails. Upon becoming an eleglide User, you consent to authorize eleglide to store and use your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2.3 A set of User ID and password is unique to a single account. Each user shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your user ID and password and for all activities that occur under your account. No user may share, assign, or permit the use of your User account, ID, or password by another person outside of the User’s own business entity. User agrees to notify eleglide immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or your account or any other breach of security of your account.

2.4 User agrees that all activities that occur under your account (including without limitation, posting any company or product information, clicking to accept any Additional Agreements or rules, subscribing to or making any payment for any services, sending emails using the email account) will be deemed to have been authorized by the User.

2.5 User acknowledges that sharing of your account with other persons, or allowing multiple users to use your account (collectively, "multiple uses"), may cause irreparable harm to eleglide or other Users of the Site. User shall indemnify eleglide, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives against any loss or damages (including but not limited to loss of profits) suffered as a result of the multiple uses of your account. User also agrees that in case of the multiple uses of your account or User’s failure to maintain the security of your account, eleglide shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such a breach and shall have the right to suspend or terminate User’s account without liability to User.

2.6 User warrants that information you have provided when registering your eleglide account is accurate, truthful, legal, and valid and belongs solely to you. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of data that they provide to eleglide, and eleglide will not held responsible and will not offer any compensation for any cases by incorrect information

2.7 User shall have the option to cancel the order only when prior to shipping by contacting our support center. And eleglide reserves the right to cancel the order for operation strategy with prior notice to the User account. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Return policy comes into effect.

2.8 User shall be respected to have the option to subscribe or cancel newsletter subscription upon registration.

2.9 User understands and agrees that eleglide shall have the right to temporarily or permanently terminate all or part of the services at any time in accordance with its own business needs(including but not limited to the cases like violate the terms and condition of eleglide, unacceptable and unreasonable comments or behaviors towards eleglide’s brand image )
